Flatten your layers and it would be slightly more believable. A [censored] png file. You suck.

Sorry to bring this up - but that last post before that thread was locked was more than a little ambiguous, sounds like the file that was linked to is some kind of threat? Was/is that the case?

It was locked because idiots were claiming PokerStars banned US players.

I understand that - but I don't understand what the last poster meant by this statement -

"Flatten your layers and it would be slightly more believable"

What exactly would be slightly more believable? (and what for that matter are layers)

I'm just worried that I shouldn't have clicked that link earlier on - got the virus scanner running just in case already.

Run Spybot, and if you're an experienced vet, hijackthis.

He was implying that the image was not genuine (fake) and that the modifications where done poorly

I'm the one who posted that. I didn't bother to look at the image, but when I saw that it was a png file, I posted that. There's nothing malicious about a png file. png file extensions usually come from someone using say, Fireworks, and taking an image and placing it over another image and then putting some text over the top of that. Then they save the combined images into one without flattening the layers which results in a .png file extension rather than a .jpg or .gif. So .png's are usually images that have been doctored somehow.

I just assumed that his image was something like that Collins guy's image because of the extension, not because I thought there was something wrong with the link.

Sorry for the confusion.
