Default HATE HATE HATE

BR has been up and down 8K-12K for as long as I can remember. I win at 2/4, I move to 3/6, I lose. Then I lose at 2/4. Then I win at 2/4, win at 3/6, lose at 3/6, lose at 2/4, etc. Finally tonight, I get bankroll back above 12K. I'm playing great, crushing 3/6. Then this hand happens. HATE HATE HATE.

so standard to lose 4 buyin pots on the river when your opponent called 1.5x pot-sized bets on the turn as a 3.5:1 dog? Then I guess I must be running good, because this only happens rarely to me. 2 buyin pots is standard. 4 buyin pots is very rare. Especially when I have JUST built up the BR to actually play 3/6 consistently, and this destroyed it...

2 buyins destroyed your roll?

Oh, and completely standard.

variance: everyone's "online roll" and their "bank account" are two completely separate things right now anyway

Yes, when you're going from 'not really rolled' to 'really not rolled' for the games you want to play. And I know it's completely standard. That's why it's called RiverStars.

Not really. All my money is in my bank account and a few dollars are in my 'online roll'. But my bank account will never finance poker, so it doesn't really matter. 10K is what I have online and that's my BR.
