I like a limp this early in the tourney and being OOP really sucks if you get a call so I just complete and play for set value.

Your first PF raise was too large slightly, I like t140ish. We're assuming it's readless, right? Well w/e I feel calling is your worst option, shove if you think he's full of it or fold if not. Flip a coin. QQ+ is an obvious re-shove.

I'd probably fold preflop here to be honest. It's early, you're readless and have plenty of chips no reason to get involved in a tricky situation like this. Not to mention I think his raise is more often than not KK+
