Absolute Propping + Best use of Reward Points

Hey guys,

I saw several threads mention props at absolute and did a search but was unable to find more information. How does one become a prop at absolute and what are the rates?

Also, when exchanging ARP for cash what is the best item to "buy" from the store? People mentioned the table? Again, I searched but couldn't find any more info.
