With 100bb stacks I'd just shove the turn.

Asplayed I shove river, minbet looks like some kinda fishy blocking bet, probably a weak K or something.

Sorry, forgot to include stack sizes orignally. I had $9.20, he has $9.10. His turn bet was allin except for his last .10 which changes the hand.

Ok, just get the last 0.1 in as well on the turn then.
Losing to KQ is perfectly acceptable here.
