I had an almost identical situation a couple weeks ago. Deep in a 55 or 27.50 or something like that. 1st was ~5500 or 7200 or something - a lot for me. Guy bets into me with AJ &amp; I shove AK. Flop is JJX turn J and Im crippled.

Now it seems something similar happens to me daily.

I really hate getting it all-in with AK preflop, but I grit my teeth and do it when the situation warrants it. (Which is to say 99% of the time.)

If my wife was a poker hand, she'd be AKs. (Or maybe QQ.)

MTT'S rigged?.. don't think so... You played it good.. keep it up in the long run you'll do great... but you will lose this hand 1 in 5 times... accept and keep playing
