I haven't seen the small blind raise or fold a hand yet, so I'm wondering If I should have raised the river? Also should i have capped the flop?

If you had the flush draw on the flop, yes. In that case you'd have great draws in both directions with five players in the pot, so that's a green light.

However, you've got vulnerable nut low draw (if counterfeited, your 6 is iffy five way), gutshot for a scoop, and backdoor flush draw. Sounds more like a check-call hand to me.
