Default 100NL: AQ hits trips... Turn decision

Villian is 12/6 over 30 hands. Reraising and folding both seemed like poor options preflop with the suited AQ so I decided to call. Let me know if you disagree with this also.

I'm finding it hard to put this guy on anything but AK, AJ, AQ, or JJ. What is your play in this situation?

I don't think 30 hands is enough of a read to let this hand go. I'd probably check/call the turn & river.
