Default (100NL) TP decent kicker facing check-minraise on flop

I was lost on this hand, as I usually am trying to figure out where I am against minraisers. Villain had been pretty aggressive lately without showing down much. Whats a good line here? His limp-call + c/r points to a set but his stats show it could be more. I just lost a pot prior to this so disregard not being bought in full.

Villain is 42/19/3.5 over 60 hands

ugh

I usually go 4bb+1per limper

I think its a fold considering how dry the board is

I usually always go with the 4bb+1 rule, but the table was only 4 handed at the time so I wasn't enforcing it as much. Against most players I'm leaning towards a fold, just didn't know what others felt about his stats and this play.

If you haven't been overly agressive or whatever than this is a fold.

Since villain is quite a agressive donk I might call the flop and see wtf he does on the turn. If he does this a lot I am calling him down to the river (barring extreme cases) to see wtf he does this with.
