Default 25NL 6-max. 88 on ugly board. How\'s my line?

No read on villain.

My image is pretty TAG, although that seems irrelevant at this table (it's playing super loose).

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.25 BB (5 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

MP ($44.50)
Button ($17.95)
SB ($43.15)
BB ($15.25)
Hero ($25.25)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
Hero raises to $1, MP calls $1, Button calls $1, 2 folds.

Flop: ($3.35) 5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (3 players)
Hero bets $3, MP folds, Button calls $3.

Turn: ($9.35) 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero bets $15

On the flop, I'm putting him on two overs with a club (Acx, Kcx, Qcx). I consider the turn a safe card and decide to try and end the hand there or make him pay the max to draw (he only has about 1.5x pot left in his stack).

Any thoughts?

The only hands calling you here are hands that have you dominated.

Reread the fundamental theorem of poker. Not a great play.

I'm not sure about that. Hero might fold out some bigger pps without a club. And overs with a club are not getting the right odds to draw. So you actually want them to call with a single club. I don't like the bet size, though. I think you can achieve the same goal with a smaller bet. So hero is putting too much on the line, imo. I make another psb here.

Edit: just looked at the stack sizes. Just put him AI. It's often best to bet exactly the amount of his remaining stack. That makes it obvious to your opponent that you really want to get him all-in.

Not with 88, I dont bet this turn. He could be doing the same thing with pair that beats you. On a board that isnt part of a SF i will keep betting with QQ+

Not doing it with much else.

Betting into 2 villains with a VERY heavily connected board is suicide. You will only get called by better hands, and you'll fold out smaller pairs or overcards.
