Vitamin Water or Gatorade

Within the last few months i've started featuring Vitamim Water for hangovers/general drinking purposes. It has replaced Gatorade as my go to. Just curious where people stand.

Also, i think the best flavors are, in order, Green Tea, Lemonade, orange

I prefer VW....it has the same amount of sugar as Gatorade (for that energy rush), but doesn't taste nearly as sickly-sweet.

I make my own sports drink. Tap water, a pound of sugar, some salt, red dye #5 and some herbal crap I got somewhere.

I pound a 32 oz. bottle of the Grape V-water before I go to bed after a big night of drinking. Never have hangovers.

i did this on saturday night and just had 32 oz more of vomit when i woke up in the middle of the night.
