Seems to me that money inflows above 10k from overseas banks and organizations probably are within the net they are casting. Its likely those transactions are being aggregrated in a database somewhere. While it might come to nothing, the government seems to end up doing nefarious things in the name of "protecting us from the evildoers". You know, the Omaha players....
