Default 25NL 6max AQs - How agressive to play flush draw?

Villains are both loose and semi-agressive and dont often fold to CB's.

CO stats are 71/5 and has hit a lot of his hands and won at showdown (note big stack) even though they were weak hands to see a flop with.

UTG: $10.30

Hero ????

I usally make a pot sized CB here even when on a draw to either get a fold or build up a nice pot to win when I complete my draw.

But against opponents like this should we be betting all-in?

I can win a small pot if they both fold or win a huge pot if they call and I complete the flush and have the best hand at showdown.

I have seen agressive players bet all-in in these situations and allways wondered if it was the best +EV thing to do

I'd 3/4 pot it here with a Cbet... pretty std. IMO, going AI w/just a FD is -EV... I would go AI w OESD + FD. (Top 2 cards of the OESD would also be good)
