Default Best way to transfew PT hands to another PC

I run 2 PT computers, my laptop at college and my desktop at home. I want to copy my database from my desktop and put it on my laptop (its not a large database, desktop only had about 15k hands in it but Id like them together for graphage/lifetime history purposes)
I can see in PT there is an export hands to file option- is this the best way?
Also (if this is the correct way) will I have to import using the Auto Import feature or is there an import Hand History from file option (I cant see one)

yea use the export to file for all hands on desktop then save on flash drive or email them to yourself or whatever.

Then just go "import hand histories/tournament summaries" and import that way
