in hand 1 i would flop preflop. The move on the flop is not unresonable.
In hand 2 maybe i just call with 99. U have position to decide on the flop

I can't imagine that folding in hand two is preferable to calling. I would raise to about 500. I find that people give me an undue amount of respect when in this situation, assuming that unless you have a premium hand you would be working to eliminate the all in player.

Sometimes you will get called, but I still think you almost always have a better hand than MP1.

Hand 1: I understand your call, and can't really blame you for calling getting 23233324-1. But, I fold due to the riverse implied odds. Short of flopping a wheel, this hand isn't going to look very good after the flop.

As played, MP2 would have to be pretty aggro for me to shove here. You have limited fold equity when he's betting into so many.

Hand 2: Fold. Typical UTG raising range here should make you really not like 99 in this spot.

In hand 2, UTG is all in and was raising with any 2 after losing most chips on the last hand. In hand 1, my odds are huge and I'm dodging going broke on an Ace, I'm probably calling any 2 with those odds and the weak competition who will pay off if I hit a hand.

Hand 2: Didn't notice he was all in...I like the shove.

Hand 1: Do whatever you want then. Call with any two despite how little that hand can win you, and how marginal a spot ur apparently willing to play for your stack in.

FWIW, I'd call here with a lot of hands, but A2o is not one of them.
