Default UB affilliate webpage

I just got about 30 players signed up onto UB using my bonus code. However, their affiliate page appears to be non-functioning. When trying to retrieve info, the web page times out. Their support also appears to be poor as well - I have not received any help from the affiliate manager.

Thus I have no idea how many players actually used my code.

Is this typical for UB affiliates?

yes. there are two sources for affiliates for ub...one is inhouse and one is through the affiliate program income access, i believe. IA pays a little less, but actually pays on time and shows details and responds to emails.

ub affiliate managers rarely respond to anything.

Roswell, here is what you have to do. Load up Internet Explorer and goto the stats page. Load up the "month to date" stats. This will cause the browser page to time out. Click the 'back' button on your browser and tada, full stats.

Hi Roswell,

UB is notorious for poorly functioning stats and late payments. Hopefully at some point they will realize how much money this is costing them.

Heidi

Does 30 players mean anything to them, or is that an insignificant number.

Email their support team and see if they reply. We have far more than 30 players there and they are horribly unresponsive to our email inquiries. We ended up going through a very large UB affiliate to avoid this problem and to this day still have a very poor opinion of UB's entire affiliate department.

No problems here. UB/IA has been very responsive to most of our inquiries over the past few years.

Best Regards,

Justin

Hi Red,

I tried it. I let it sit for about ten minutes and the progress bar got halfway through (just like before) and it never showed an error page. Clicking back did not provide any stats.

Did I do something wrong here?

Regards

Heidi
