JJ in BB
Thoughts on this hand? Stars 22 rebuy, about 90 players left with 54 paid. Button and BB haven't been out of line, but then again I'm multi-tabling so I don't have much of a read. What is your default play?

Re: JJ in BB
I like shoving for two reasons:
1) Button is possibly stealing 2) SB is likely re-stealing Thus, their hand ranges are pretty wide here and you have most of them beat. You only have to worry about QQ-AA and I don't think either of them have it. |

Re: JJ in BB
I would stick them in. Your M is about 10 and you most likely have the best hand.
The button is probably on a steal, and it looks like the SB is on a resteal probably with a good hand but you should be ahead of his range. I doubt the SB has a pocket pair bigger than yours. Who knows the button may actually have a big hand but you should be way ahead of his range. |
