Default BBV: Account Hacking, Prohibition, & Regulation

Beat: Multiple high-profile accounts hacked. Intelligent, crafty card sharps with the support of hsnl allies haven't yet earned back their year end write-off (brag?).

Brag: Open Letter to Congress to regulate poker instead of prohibiting it with potential enforcement of already legislated laws.

Variance: When poker is backed by constituencies via connections of poker's upper echelon, then regulated, a couple of things will happen...

- Increased security in verification of identity when transferring funds (- EV for poker sites; - EV for timeliness; - EV for time to market for tilty and/or donkish re-buys)
- Inspection of RNG generators (+EV)
- Age Requirements (?EV)

what it do?
