Two AA Hands
I've been on a big losing/break even stretch for the past copule weeks. I'm tired of blaming it on variance and coolers. I'm going to be posting a bunch of hands that I think I misplayed or didn't play optimally..
1. Villain here is unknown. He's been at the table 30 hands and nothing too exciting happend. I think flop is pretty standard. Turn is atleast a call. Should I raise here with overpair, NFD, and gut shot? I think river is a good card for me. Now I have a high two pair. Is there any value in raising? Is calling OK? Final Pot: $115 Hand 2: Villain is 21/10/1.43 after ~150 hands. Seems like a typical TAG. I haven't been too out of line, though I probably seem a little loose. I think I had been firing at a lot of pots and having to fold before river. Thoughts? Re: Two AA Hands
I like how you played one, boards kind of scary and he's leading into you on the turn which is usually pretty strong, esp on the flushfiller. River bet is basically a must-call.
Two, I think you checked turn to stackadonk him right? (crai turn). I'd crai turn even if that wasn't your plan, I'm guessing it wasn't cause you've been running bad, may have caused you to shut down earlier than usual. |
