Bet t300-400 on the flop next time and then re-raise him allin when he min-raises to 600-800.

Preflop raise is fine, on the flop I would bet 350 as the minimum. As played, this is a bit of an awkard spot considering stacksizes. I would probably re-raise to ~1200 ish and push any turn. I want to get 90 BB to the middle with TPTK on a drawheavy board against a donk as fast as possible

With a board like that, I would just bet the pot to knock out the draws. If he min-raises, there is more than enough in the pot to move in. As you played it, you could either raise about 1k or move all in. There's a chance he has flopped a set, but with such a strong hand I wouldn't worry about that and would just try to take down this pot without seeing more cards. I would bet that you have him beat right now, he may even be semi-bluffing with AQ spades or the like.
