Default AK faces weird flop push

villain is running 25/13/10 over 155 hands.
i'm running at 23/20 and havent gotten out of line at all.
we've only tangled one hand, i open raised from the butten, he reraised out of the BB, I 4bet and he flashed 99 as he folded. my read is that he's decent and he knows that i'm decent.

Do you think he's capable of pushing TPTK?

Giving his TAGgy stats, looks like ur up against a set...I fold.

We beat AQ and are flipping with combo draws. Everything other hand he has beats us.
Are we hoping he's bluffing?

(not saying I wouldnt call, I might, I would make some impulsive move here and regret it)

AA is severely discounted. JJ, whatever. The guy is pretty damn aggressive. I expect this to be AK most of the time. Part of my reasoning is based on the fact that he is a little short. I think JJ pushes a reasonable amount of the time preflop in that scenario.

A question here from a newbie.
Would i be reasonable to call the re-raise with a hand like KQs pre-flop?.
If it is KQ of spades the villant have, isn't it almost a coin flip then?
