I have used them. Not the greatest book, just an average book. Cashouts were within 24 hours, if I remember correctly.

I've been using them for 5 years without any problems, as have 4-5 friends of mine. I've read horror stories on here and elsewhere, but my experience has been good.

They are the sportsbook I currently use and love them. 10% reload bonus' every thursday, and nickel lines on Fridays.

They decided to stop taking US customers for a month and they cancelled all my pending wagers and refunded my balance, stealing thousands of dollars in equity from me. A month later (before any of the wagers had been decided, they were all futures) they invited me back. I currently have a case pending against them with the "official arbiter" they use. There's no way in hell I would trust a book like that with all that's going on in the offshore industry.

Just to add that the above is a very serious post, it's not some bitter whiner like you sometimes read about in the poker forums, this actually happened to many people on here.

I'm Canadian, and I've never had a problem with them. Howver, I've seen their SBR rating go from B+ when I first started to D, which is where they are right now.

OP, if you search this forum, you should find other threads that have asked the similar questions about Sportsbook.com

You do realize that they forsook dollars atleast by an order of 10 over what they took from you?

I believe they kept losing bets, like teams who didnt qualify for the world series playoffs. I could be wrong.

Understandable. I'm sure football futures were all canned along with other far off things.
