I will be flat out pissed if he goes to another English club that isn't ManU. I'm not saying that we need him, but if he plays for another english top flight club(well, I could forgive him for west ham as he did grow up in that area) he'll have lied to all of us fans about how much ManU means to him. I don't see Fergie taking him back, and I really don't see him in England either, so it is a rather moot point

I admit I don't really know the league but Beckham is still a world class player

yeah he would definitely be one of the best players in MLS if he came here. But the best? Doubtful.
