Well unless he's got a set, or AA, you've got at least 15 outs. It depends on how loose he is. If he has KJ, no spades, you've got 17 outs. So you've got about at least 50% equity. I think geting it in is good so he can't get away if a spade hits on the turn.

Looks OK to me. You're basically in a coinflip situation against anything but a set. the PF 3bet would suggest villain has something like 1010-AA, AK, so he could have made a set with his JJ or 1010. His line, though, looks like more of an overpair to me as he would probably play a set a bit slower.
