NL400 .. 2 Hands correct played?

Preflop call was due to the fact that the shortstack wouldn't push without at least AQ; 99+ and other players looked quite reasonable with their PF raises.. not much 3betting going on lately.

On the flop I thought I might want to build the pot myself, Button wouldn't bet often enough and a freecard in a multiway pot might kill the action.. Potsized bet might drive out
too many hands so I sticked that amount in.. On the turn I was kinda sure someone hit decent so the bet was bigger that time and on the river I had him on at least a 2pair, maybe AK then I came up with the reasoning that he must have a premium hand and KK are almost impossible due to his reasonable PF playing. So if he has the lower set or top 2pair he might pay me off , straight impossible.. So if I bet like 100bucks he will call way more often but in total he will lose less than if I shove it and he pays off with top2 or set..
Hand looks easy but I want to make sure that I play my good hands the right way and extract the maximum in value.

He seemed LAGish maybe even too loose..

I won the last 2 pots in a row and I felt like this guy is getting annoyed and doesn't trust me anymore..

I didn't like calling the flop but JJ seemed out of his range (he would definately 3bet me with that) so either I am toasted against T9, A9 etc or AT-QT..
River check was with the intention to call a lot of the time and to induce bluffs from hopeless hands..
