Default PokerStars reply/stance

2 emails from them this afternoon :

Hello Jared,

We have received your ID and you have confirmed that you are currently
using the email "xxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxx.com'. (xxx for my protection)

To continue with our investigation we ask that you follow these steps
to
provide us with additional information:

1. Since you did not store the AOLIM conversation, please confirm the
email
address used by the person that sent you the .EXE file you suspect was
infected with a keystroke logger.

2. For additional security, it would be extremely important if you
could
send your program log files.

If you installed the program to the default directory upon
installation,
you can find the files by doing the following:
1. Double click "My Computer" on your desktop
2. Double click "C:" to view your hard drive
3. Double click "Program Files"
4. Scroll down and double click on "PokerStars"
5. Locate "pokerstars.log"
6. Attach this file to an email and send them to
support@pokerstars.com
If you cannot find the "PokerStars" folder or you do not see these
files,
then you can find them by doing the following:
1. Click on "Start" in the lower left corner of your screen
2. Go to "Find"
3. Move your mouse to the right and click on "Files or Folders..."
4. Type in "pokerstars.log" in the space to the right of "Named:" in
the window that pops up.
5. Click "Find Now".
6. Drag this file into an email to attach it and send it to
security@pokerstars.com.

If you have any difficulty, please let me know and I will help you.
Just
let me know at which step you run into trouble.

We are working on your case and we will keep you informed of the
outcome.

Best regards,

Bruno

Hello Jared,

This is an update for your case.

We are working and in contact with Neteller.com and FulltiltPoker.com
about
your case. Both companies are aware of this situation and a full
investigation is in place on all three sites.

Accounts 'Holdumgod' and '$tinger 88' have been asked for explanations.

I am also in touch with my manager and also Mr. Lee Jones as you
requested.

I expect to contact you again by Thursday at around 6pm EST with more
information.

In the meantime we are expecting the log files we requested from you
and
the email address from the attacker that sent you the .EXE file.

Best regards,

Bruno

--------
Pokerstars seems to care and is working diligently to help me with this.

The only thing is, I am not using the old PC. I bought a new one. I do have to contact AOL to find out what email address sent me the virus. The email is not in my inbox anymore.
