Default NL100 - KK OOP playing for stacks

Ok, let me hear your opinions on this one. Standard or do you find a fold anywhere? Villain is 44/2, pretty passive postflop but not a complete station either.

Full Tilt Poker
No Limit Holdem Ring game
Blinds: $0.50/$1
6 players
Converter

Stack sizes:
Hero: $87.25
UTG+1: $136.30
CO: $154.85
Button: $43.10
SB: $195.55
BB: $89.50

Pre-flop: (6 players) Hero is UTG with K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
<font color="#cc0000">Hero raises to $3.5</font>, UTG+1 folds, CO calls, 3 folds.

Flop: J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] ($8.5, 2 players)
<font color="#cc0000">Hero bets $6</font>, <font color="#cc0000">CO raises to $26.5</font>, Hero calls.

Turn: 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] ($61.5, 2 players)
Hero checks, <font color="#cc0000">CO bets $61.5</font>, <font color="#cc0000">Hero calls all-in $57.25</font>.
Uncalled bets: $4.25 returned to CO.

River: 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] ($176, 1 player + 1 all-in - Main pot: $176)

Results:
Final pot: $176

On the turn you beat QQ or some retardedly played AJ. On the flop I'm either shoving or folding against said opponent.
