I can run 5 or 6 miles, can run the 100 in a little over 11 seconds, am somewhat flexible and can jump high, but strength wise I am pathetic, and need to work on bulking up big time. Agility and endurancewise Im probably an 8 or 9, strengthwise Im probably a 2

i must not understand the second question very well, if i consider my current level of fitness a 9 then wouldn't the second answer be whatever the first is, in this case 9 since the goal is to be at a 10? EDIT: i am not understanding how you can be a 6 and 3 for instance, if your level is a 6 then your fitness level compared to what you want to reach (10) would be 6 as well, right? |
