5/10 NL on Bodog
A few hands earlier I took 650 dollars off Villian - a hand which he didn't get to see. He expressed some anger in chat after the hand and I didn't respond. Hero has $1,652.00 Villian has $1,104.00 Hero is dealt 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] Hero calls. Villian makes it 50 to go in late position. Flop ($125) 10[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]10[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] Right now my range on him is 1010 - AK, 99 perhaps. Hero bets $50 on the flop, Villian thinks for a while and calls. Turn($225) 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] Hero bets $50, Villain raises to $140 - Hero calls. River($505) 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] Hero bets $200, Villain raises all in for $600 more. Hero? |

You cant forsee that 5 on the river. I think you were best until then. If I didn't have the previous knowledge of you beating him out of the pot. I would have to say he was making a move but you may have tilted him a bit and he is playing a looser game and raising with hands like K10s or A, J10.
One question however...when you boated on the turn and he raised your bet...why didn't you re-raise him. unless he had 10 10 which is somewhat unlikely you had the best of it then I think. |

3-bet the turn. As played I call the river. I mean you said he's pretty tight with his raises so him having a T is not a high possiblity. I wouldnt worry about TT.

I call since your betting on the flop and turn is kinda retarted, so I can see why he wouldn't believe oyu have a 10. But I also shove the turn

If your read was that you had him a little tilty, why in the world would you not be more eager to get money in the middle earlier in the hand? Even autobets of pot, 2/3 pot, push makes this hand much easier to play. If he's going to donkey tilt raise you with AK or something, he's going to do it (on flop or turn) regardless of what you bet, within reason. And if he does have a T, he's getting it in anyways.

Your bet sizing in this hand is baffling.
