Def call and just hope to fill up on the river. You could still be ahead of a semibluff like A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]7x or something.

fold. he could have flush, AK since he rarely raises, ive seen ppl limp from MP with AK even @ NL200...could have easily limped 77. uve committed 16 bux and if u call here u gotta call any valuebet that isnt rediculously huge like a push. ur probly beat here enough to justify a fold imo
