J9s definately raise in normal conditions.
J9o raise in normal condtions, but this would quite quickly be dropped from my range if there is a calling station in the blinds.
Dunno about limit.

Too much of this depends on the blinds.
In a 6-max game and I just sat down w/ no reads, J9s I'll open from the cutoff and the button. J9o just from the button.
