Default A8 off hits runner runner flush.

Villain is very laggy but this is the first time in 4 orbits where he 3bets me pf.

Please criticize all streets. Did I play badly and get lucky?

It seems fine to me. The only really difficult decision occurs on the flop, and I think the peel is all right.

If you hadn't improved on the turn, then you have the question of just how LAGgy you think Villain might play in this blind steal, but since he hasn't been a big preflop 3-bettor so far, I would probably fold on a non-spade, non-ace, non-eight turn. A five or a four might be enough to keep me in (with the idea of calling down UI, while hoping to improve instead), but it would depend on my impression of Villain so far and also probably on my mood.

No, it's fine. You should have folded the turn if UI IMO.

My sarcasm detector isn't working so I can't tell if you're joking or not.

There was never an opportunity to raise the river. I bet it and villain called. And no, I never considered checking the river because I was afraid of a boat. This is a HU battle. I was just wondering if PF or Flop play was bad.

I'd fold the flop unless I thought villain was a nut.

I fold the flop. I don't hate raising the turn either.
