UTG is on tilt, he ran good for a while, got a hand busted, and went kind of nuts. He is around 40/25, but over a small sample.

Preflop: I thought about reraising, but both blinds are tight and usually folding, I think both are about 20/9 so I thought I would already be heads up and is bloating the pot a good idea?

Flop: His Cbet is normal, my raise is normal (isn't it?) and his min reraise confused me. From here on out I'm kind of shooting in the dark.

Do I fold or shove? I obviously can't call, he only has 32 behind. This guy is hard to put on a hand range because he has turned over some weird hands like 72o and 63o after raising in EP before, and then cbetting, but nobody was very aggressive so I never saw a reraise from him on the flop.
