Default Preflop Decision During a 3-Bet War

The villian here is 19/16/2.78 over some 250 hands. He and I were in the middle of our respective sessions, playing against each other at two different tables. He and I had been trading 3-bets on both tables, with no showdowns. I had folded JJ, 99 to him when he previously four-bet me.

This came up. Thoughts?

No-Limit Hold'em, $0.50 BB (6 handed)

Hero ($51.10)
SB ($47.55)
BB ($25.80)
UTG ($68.15)
MP ($84)
CO ($19.05)

Preflop: Hero is Button with Q, Q.
UTG raises to $2, 2 folds, Hero raises to $7, 2 folds, UTG raises to $68.15,<font color="red"> Hero ... ? </font>
