MP2 (t1000) Very loose player. Loves to raise with and Ace/King, suited or not.
Hero (t2800)
Button (t2500) Doubled up recently courtesy of MP2. Fairly straight forward player.

Preflop: Hero is MP3 with A [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], K [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].

Hero bets t1900 (All-in), Button calls to t1600 (All-in). I hit my Ace but this also coordinates the board more that I want. I'm basically pot committed with any bet, so I pushed with TPTK. Any other way to play?

River: (t5275) T [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)

Final Pot: t5275

Results (in white):

Hero has Ac, Kh (2 pair, Aces and Tens)
Button has Qd, Td (three of a kind, Tens)

We're still in the rebuy period of a local B&M mtt. All comments appreciated, especially on post flop play.

I would have bet less on the flop, maybe around 400 or less, if he is a straight forward player he will fold if he dosent' have anything, raise if he has something good, or call with a marginal hand. The turn looks like a great card for you, he could have called your raise with KQ but without any reads I probably would have pushed too. If this tourney is anything like the tourney's I have played live the blinds go up really fast and you need to accumulate chips.

Fine. I would sometimes c/f the flop. Only one play on turn.

I wasn't sure why you posted this hand so I checked results, figuring AJ or trips Ts...results oriented. You played it fine, you could also check flop and hope for free card or fold to a bet.

its fine, dont be results oriented. make a note that the "seemingly straightforward" button sucks.
