Default 100NL - TPTK for stack

Opponent is loose and aggressive (and a suggestion of not good) according to notes (37/16/3.5 over small sample). Had just sat at table recently. Note we're 3 handed.

with your stack, that looks fine, esp. 3 handed. I would have done the same thing. You beat enough hands that villian thinks are best here, not to mention that you have a couple of extra outs against some two pair holdings.

Villain better be darn bad + loose if I should like this line. He actually looks very strong here to me, I fold to the turn CR.

You could really fold here getting about 4 to 1?

I think the opposite is true. I would need a very strong read on the player in order to fold.

Do not necessarily like the turn play?

What range are you putting him on that you call after he is that strong on the turn?

I probably just call the flop. I would definitely raise a smaller bet that looked like a blocker on a draw heavy board with ATC, but here, I like a call.

~4-1 on your turn call...I dunno. Villain's line looks really strong. Read dependent. What does your note say? Does it seriously say that he is "not very good?"

Cant remember exactly what note said. But from what I'd written I got the impression he was a loose aggressive donkey (although I didnt have many hands on him). If you play at ongame you probably know the type.

People saying just call the flop, why are we calling? Does raising fold out worse hands?

The odds were too good for me to fold the turn.

So no one likes this line atall? Even 3 handed against a somewhat suspect player?

I don't know...you probably can't fold the turn because he could have a mid PP or air 1/5 times.

I certainly think that raising this flop will fold out almost all of the hands you beat, and sets you up to get stacked with any hands that beat you. If he has been specifically spewy short-handed (like many aggros are), then this is a good line. Otherwise, I get ready to call down.
