Default General Blind Defense - A4o

Button who is a decent TAG raises on button. You are in BB with A4o. Button has 45% attempt to steal blinds.

How often are we calling, 3betting, folding?

If we just call, what kinds of flops should we try to get to showdown?

K26?
KT6?

What if villian has 30% ASB? 20%?

Sorry this is so open ended but I feel like I mess this up a lot, especially postflop either folding when I was actually ahead, or calling down and losing to some crap pair of 5's that villain flopped.
