fwiw i run something like 19.15/15.29/3.74, I guess I've been 3betting quite a bit too. Also, if it's relevant to this hand, I stacked him with AA vs TT 5 minuets earlier on a raggy board.

Hmm what's wrong with betting the Turn ? You get value from most toppairs and might prevent your opponent to draw out on you. I don't like giving freecards here, if a Jack, King or Ace comes on the river you are faced with a tough decision.
I would bet ~58 on the flop and then on the turn ~146 into a 188pot.. if he shoves you have an easy call and if he calls you can push on the river. Unless you tell me he is super tight and he wouldn't call the turn with AJ but bluff with a lot of hands on the river.
