In other words one book or set of books' line is off and the statistics will point to which is the value play. Due to their nature, there are also frequently arb opportunities available with these

CHICAGO +1.5 (-250) over @St Louis
- St Louis has not beat the Blackhawks by >1 goal in six tries this season. Chicago won last 4 meetings including a 4-1 decision in St Louis on Jan 02. St Louis does have a (recently) hot goaltender going for them and they have been winning more often lately.
