I definitely thought BB flopped a straight but when he checked the turn and river i was totally confused. I'm almost positve that button has a straight.

this thin as hell but plz bet something on river i dont care if its 5 dollars, u think he basically checks a str8 to u twice in a dry side pot. looks like lower set or 2pair

Thin value bet is fine if you are sure Button has 3x. Might as well get some of it back. Just curious, you thought BB flopped a straight, at what point did you come to this conclusion? Hopefully you're not calling knowing you're behind on the flop.

If BB calls i'm getting close to 4-1 on the call and may have some implied odds...Why not?

yea yea, that's what i thought....So i bet $600 on the river and BB called with A3....Button also had A3...I'm not sure if villian would have paid off with bottom set here but i assume he would have. Probably a results oriented post but some donkey tried to tell me how bad of a river bet that was and made me question myself....

Edited to add: The river bet was probably a little much as it would have REALLY sucked if BB shoved. $400 - $500 would have probably been better (i'm not really too scared of getting bluff raised by this guy)
