Finished 6th in the 16K GTD on Full-Tilt today.

Brag: Finally won 4 digits from a stupid 5 hour Donkament.

Beat: It was only 1200, totally had my mouth watering for the 6000ish first place.

Variance: Pulling it all out to pay rent since I lost 1000 Dollars playing one spin of Roulette on New Years.


As an aside, oddly it's a much nicer feeling to get knocked out with the worst hand (AJs vs AKo with my M at like 2.5) than to get sucked out on (past 3 final tables AK vs AJ, AJ vs KJ, and KK vs QQ, all no good.) and feel bitter for the next 10 hours.

Nono are you stupid? Roulette is much better when youre playing the double or nothing-game. Suppose you play black jack and it comes A,A or 6,5 against the dealers 6 and you don't have money to double or split. Then again if you only risk a portion of your money on a single hand you are gonna go nuts when you get black jack dealt on your first hand. The coolest and most pure way to gamble: Everything you got on odd or if it's the color you want to play, black. Other opinions are just wrong.
