You need to know the stack sizes otherwise you can't consider implied odds. Then, if the stacks are big enough, it depends on how likely you think he is to pay off when the K hits. You might well find the action shuts down and he won't pay off.

But in general I'd say it's not worth it. 4 outs, odds are c.11:1. You'd need to be pretty sure he'd pay off.

You have an open-ended straight draw, not a gutshot.
A king will probably not get paid much, but an 8 might well.

Easy call for me. In fact I think I would have bet out about $0.5 myself here.

clear fold, k might not pay you off, and he might have Q10 or 10J himself.

I'll call this with an OESD to the nuts and possible and better 8 for str8 vs potential broadway 2pair but I'm going for a medium sized pot if that makes sense. Likely to be chopping/could be vs higher made str8 if we hit our 8 e.t.c.

you have a draw to a 4 to the straight broadway, calling here is wasting chips....yeh you can hit the 8 but there will be many redraws if you arent already into RIO territory.....your opponents probably have tons more outs, and their outs are safer....and your top out the K will probably split the pot and pairing probably gives them the straight(plus your already behind most likely)

this is all readless babble though so its really a moot point.
