Default NL 25 -- Flopped Straight, What to do on River?

This hand was posted on a different poker forum, and I completely disagree with everyone's opinion on that site. The question here is what should the hero do on the river after facing the minraise.

I did not play the hand in question btw, I just want to read some thoughts on how you would finish it.

For starters I want to get stacks in here. I raise more on the flop and bet/raise more on the turn. If it was r/r to 2.75 on the flop, and potted on the turn, the pot on the river would be $19.80, and the villain's remaining stack would be $15.40.

On this board, I think we should be happy to 3-bet here and play for stacks. Of course, T9 and 95 beat us, but he could have a flopped set or a rivered two pair. I definately think he calls with hands other than a higher flopped straight. If you have a read that the guy is a nit, then maybe just call.

heros gotta fold... cuz there is a possibility that he's beat...
i think repopping it to like 12 maybe gets some value from king/tp hand, but it would be read dependant. if the villain is really agro or calls too much, re-raising seems better, if he is passive, maybe just call down.

Umm... no. Hero at least has to call. He has the 3rd nuts and there are many, many hands that villain could min-raise with that we beat. Easy, easy call.

Edit: woot woot 100th post.

No [censored] way you should fold here. Bet more on flop/turn, try and get it all in on the river.

Hero raises to ~12.

This is not a push in my mind, we WANT villain to call. If you're afraid of loosing everything here, you're playing scared.

This is a river 3-bet for value.
