Check the turn hoping to hit the nut flush. I haven't played FR in a while, but I assume that would be standard.

Is your advice the same if turn did not complete the straight draw? Say a Qc or something? Because I generally keep betting with the AA and NF draw.

without any reads you have to fold imho. you can't beat anything unless he's bluffing (or playing something like KK very very strangely). i'd also check the turn i think.

As far as the river goes I have to fold this...you have top 2 pair, but there's a paired board, a flush, and a 4/9 has a straight.

I want pot control...the most likely straight draw really didn't get there (it's more like they call with a 6) unless they have like 89s or something. I assume Pacific is still like it used to be, a bunch of degenerates who aren't very good. So yeah, if it's Qc I'm still checking. Probably calling a bet on a blank river. Position/pot control are your friends.

Thanks. I am finding I get a lot of folds from customers when I don't want them. Betting here could be part of the problem. I generally don't feel I am maximizing my take and places like this is where I need to look for leaks in that regard.

So, not betting here gives me the pot control value and keeps the villain in the hand.
