Which Interest-Bearing Savings Account Is Best?

Hi, there seems to be a lot of institutions offering high-interest savings accounts. i have 20k i would like to put into an interest-bearing account, does anyone have an opinion as to which bank offers the best combo of customer service and high interest? Caveats are:
1)im canadian, and would like the account in CAD
2) i need some liquidity as this is the excess from my poker bankroll but if i run real bad ill need relatively quick access to this money.

ING Direct is only offering me 3.5%?!?! PCFinancial is offering ~4%, ive heard 5%+ is possible??
