Can I stop the damn announcements from stars?

I'm sick of the yellow announcements blocking the board cards on stars. Can I turn them off somehow?

This is so dumb. it slows down the game because everyone has to wait for them to disappear so they can see the damn board cards. This exactly the kind of stupid thing I would expect from every site other than stars.

I wouldn't mind so much if I had actually won anything from this promotion! I logged a ton of hands.

I wish there was a way to turn it off also.

I always thought it was 'Block Automatic Tournament Announcements" under the Options menu. I havent seen those yellow pop ups in forever but I do rarely play on Stars.

What the hell does that block then?

I Actually hit one on the 1-2 PL8 tables. Got $880 for being Nova. I was heads up in the pot and got rivered, so its almost like a $2500 bad beat
