Anyone modded iPoker

Hi are there anyone that has any experience in modding the graphics in iPoker software. The client sucks in graphics and they seems to have some protection against tampering with the graphics.

I asked the same question a couple of weeks ago but got no replies. It seems like the image files are locked and can't be modified with a common image editor. If someone comes up with a fix I like to know this too.
