Think the HH needs fixing. Flop action doesn't make much sense. Are you asking what the CO should do or if your bet was good?

Fold, you're dead. If it was headsup and perhaps if he was ultra-aggressive/you have a history, I can see continuing with this hand, but this is a fold.

Yes it's bad. The worse hand that's gonna call you is going to be a hand a draw that's coinflipping with you.
I think it's ok to let it go unless you have a specific read or something. Yes you have TPTK but check/raising and especially in a 4way pot means huge strength.
