200NL 6max: Problems with ladies

I'm spewing and leaking so much currently, so I need to check few things.... MP is a 54/9, I've seen him bet as semi-bluff once and once he has raised his draw on flop. Other villain is 33/10, don't really know that much about him.

Unless BB gets involved, raise and play for stacks unless a spade hits. It's really unlikely that mp is leading into you with trips or better.

As played call the turn. People rarely open shove a flush when they hit the turn, this is more likely a desperation donk move with 77. Also you have up to 11 outs against a made flush.

I've definitely started to have serious weak-tight tendencies against these donkeys while not running good. I'm really glad that I posted this hand here. I spent two hours while going through my hand histories, and this trend has been going on for a while now.

raises to 60$ and folds to push or if MP coldcalls and leads turn I muck.. I think he has something like AX spades or 66-JJ and decides to bet in hope that you fold then
