TITN Follows Through - Thank you!

ThisIsTheNuts.com (TITN) has followed through for me and I want to let everyone know that has had problems in the past with TITN to be patient and considerate towards Alex. He will provide good, solid customer service.

In regards to this thread: Pissed about TITN

TITN has honored my request. In Nov 06, Alex had responded to my direct emails and informed me he would contact me in two weeks once the conversions were done. He did not contact me and I waited 7 weeks to give him plenty of time.

After waiting patiently, I emailed him a reminder and immediately he responded with an apology for the forgetfulness. This shows me he took resposibility for his actions. But better yet, he gave me a promise that it would be taken care of the next day due to a holiday dinner with family that night. (Very reasonable) The next day, Alex immediately took care of it meeting his own self-imposed deadline.

With some patience and diligence, TITN will provide good, solid customer service. Past behavior predicts future behavior. Just be a little flexible and patient with your demands for good service and TITN will provide it.

I signed up for my first account with TITN last month. So far I've been very pleased with the service. Alex usually gets back to me with answers within a day, even my inane questions. The site updates with our rakeback stats almost daily.

The main reason I decided to try out TITN instead of using my current provider (who is also very good) is because of the extra goodies like Idleminer and the Stox videos that we can get for free once we rake enough. Sets them apart IMO and it's a brilliant idea.

Alex's support turn around puts major companies to shame I'm also very pleased, been with them for like 5 months or something and support is great. I'd not consider using another site.
